 Delivery
Information
All orders are
despatched via Royal Mail within
7 working days from the day we
accept your order. Orders are
accepted when we are in receipt
of everything we need to fulfil
your order. We will email to
notify you which day to expect
delivery. A signature will be
required, so you must ensure that
someone will be available at the
delivery address to accept your
calendars.
If the delivery date is not
convenient, reply to our email or
telephone us on 0845 6301319 to
request a new delivery date, or
supply us with a different
delivery address when relatives,
friends or neighbours are willing
to accept your calendars on your
behalf.
We also offer an Express
Service - Your order is
despatched on the same day it is
accepted. In such cases, we
employ the services of Next Day
Couriers and this service is
currently only available for UK
Mainland deliveries. There is an
additional charge for this to
cover the overtime costs to
off-duty staff and increased
courier charges. We are not
always able to offer an Express
Service, especially during peak
times such as Christmas, so
please contact
us to check availability.

All orders are packed in
waterproof sleeves before being
wrapped in rigid cardboard,
ensuring your calendars arrive
fresh and undamaged. If your
order did suffer damage, please
notify us right away.
